I am writing here because the Hygo tissues toilet wipes page has been taken down, along with all the questions we users had asked.
You had reassured us by talking about simple supply delays, promising a quick return. Instead, you removed the product and erased the traces of our requests.
I find this behavior unacceptable. If the product is no longer for sale, say so clearly. Misleading customers and then "cleaning up" the site to hide complaints seems like a lot of BS, and it's not like Migros.
