I assume that you can put the laundry in the tumble dryer after the hygiene rinse treatment - unlike with fabric softener, where you shouldn't do that. Right?

Good evening Since there is no indication on the label, we assume that the product can be mixed with acid (vinegar in the fabric softener compartment), correct? Will the same product be available again soon in the "Sensitive" line? Thank you very much

Hello anaid, thank you for your inquiry. The sanitizer is free from animal ingredients, but the product is not vegan. We are currently revising the label and it will soon explicitly state "free from animal ingredients". Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, with reference to your answer (M-Infoline to the question from "anonyme3" dated 18.8.2020 and your answer dated 20.08.2020) regarding the dosage of Total Hygienic Rinse: I CANNOT FIND THE DOSAGE INFORMATION WITH THE BEST WILLINGNESS. There is no information on the back of the label. Many thanks for an explanation / help with the dosage! MfG. zhp

We are happy to provide you with information: For machine washing, we recommend 2 1/2 capfuls = 82.5 ml (in the fabric softener chamber); for hand washing, a dosage of 1 1/2 capfuls = 40 ml per 5 liters and a contact time of at least 30 minutes. Can I also use the hygiene rinse aid for laundry for which no fabric softener may be used or does this rinse aid contain ingredients that are not suitable for such laundry?

Hello Anonyme3, thank you for your question. The disinfectant rinse is suitable for all textiles. You should pour it into the fabric softener compartment - adding fabric softener if you wish. You can dose the detergent as usual. We recommend using the rinse cycle with every wash. You'll find this information and much more on the inside of the label on the back of the product.
