What does migros mean by "dark flour"? This is a white bread, because I'm not colorblind. Wrong declaration? Are customers being taken for a ride? I think so. It would be nice if this bread was made from dark flour in future, as indicated.
Hello marcho, Huusbrot is made from a mixture of two flours - semi-white flour and rye flour.
