Hello The availability has been very poor for months in all the stores I visit. The hooks are constantly empty and when they are full again, they are not even half full and almost empty again a day later. The target stocks could be increased and mis-selling avoided. Will this situation improve in the near future?

Thanks for the answer. I understand that they calculate the minimum stock levels based on sales figures and that's probably true. But for me as a customer, it always looks as if there are delivery problems if more than half of the hooks are empty over a longer period of time in several stores. Perhaps you can see for yourself in a store. The supermarket in the Limmatplatz branch is a good example of this. Kind regards, Tovi
