I really like this horse steak. Unfortunately, the weight is never correct. Today, for example, it was labeled 211 g, but the weight was only 180 g. Please check this. Because it is never correct, it is always a lot less. Thank you very much
Hello indios, thank you for your message. The supplier has checked all production documents and retained samples and could not find any deviations. All products pass through a checkweigher. The steak was labeled at 188 grams. When I unpacked it and dried it, the weight was just 163 grams. So you already feel cheated and ripped off.

Differences in the labeling scales can be ruled out, as these are calibrated and then sealed and checked at every production start, but there are various other ways in which this can happen. On the one hand, it is possible that the label on the front tray got stuck during labeling and was stuck on the next tray. On the other hand, the most plausible possibility seems to be that the loss of weight is caused by the loss of juice in the tray or in the suction insert. We will contact you by e-mail.
