Good day. Unfortunately, I have already written my question in the rating. I realized too late that there is still a question section here. To my question or rather comment. The Tyrolean cake is normally very good. We often bake this cake. But this time there was something wrong with the mixture. The inside has far too few hazelnuts and is far too dark, the color is more like coffee powder. It's not down to the baking time. There is also something wrong with the taste. This is a great pity, as we really like the Tyrolean cake.

To follow up on your comment, please let us know the best-before date and the batch/lot number of the pack in question. The batch/lot number can be found directly next to the best-before date and consists of a combination of letters and numbers.
If you have taken photos of the cake, you are also welcome to send them to us. We can use this information to make further clarifications.

Very good tasting baking mix. Almost like homemade. However, I didn't get on well with the baking tin supplied. The instructions for folding are very confusing. Perhaps a simpler diagram would work?
