Why is it so difficult to make vanilla pudding in Switzerland? The one from Germany tastes better, has a better consistency and even fewer ingredients: the one from the doctor consists of corn starch, salt, flavoring and coloring WITHOUT sugar, of which you can add as much as you like.

Is the custard cream the same as before, cream and custard for cooking? I always need cream pudding for my fruit flans, it has to be for cooking, I've had it for years. The cream pudding you now have in your range is not good, doesn't taste good, tastes chemical, you can no longer get the vanilla cream/pudding for cooking in Wollerau, what a shame. The only thing left is the horrible stuff like icing, it's watery and runny and doesn't taste good, I hope the custard cream is still the old one.
