Prep time: approx. 10 minutes
Baking time: approx. 50–60 minutes
This package contains:
1 450-g bag of cake mix
1 100-g bag of lemon frosting mix
1 cake pan
You’ll also need:
3eggs weighing 50 to 55 g
150 g butter or margarine
½ dl water (50 g) for the cake batter
4 to 5 teaspoons water (15 to 20 g) for the frosting
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection: 170°C). Assemble
the parts of the pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, softened butter or margarine, and water.
Mix with an electric mixer (speed 3) or a whisk for
3 minutes until a creamy consistency is achieved. Pour the batter into the pan.
Baking:
Bake for approx. 50–60 minutes (check with the tip of a knife) on the rack at the lowest level of the oven.
Let the cake cool slightly on a wire rack and remove it from the pan.
Mix the frosting mixture with 4–5 teaspoons of water until smooth. Spread the frosting over the cake. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How many people is the mixture intended for?
Hello Vanya, thank you for your question. The baking mix makes one cake in a normal cake tin size. We don't give an exact number of people as this depends on the portion size. Have fun baking and enjoy! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

It's very good, but I add lemon zest from Migros, sugar, and I always use my own detachable mold. Then I make the glaze myself, because there isn't enough in the bag as shown in the photo.
