1 question

Can you explain to me how you achieve the 11g protein/serving?
There are 55 grams of dry mix in the bag and the nutritional values state 5.1 grams/100g protein.
You recommend preparing it with water, which, as you know, does not contain very much protein. In my opinion, this results in a protein content of 2.6 grams per serving and I find the label "High Protein 11g" VERY misleading!
This cannot even be achieved if milk is mixed in. In addition, your quantities in the table are not correct, as the packet says that you can also mix the mixture with 180 ml milk (55 grams of mixture + 180 grams of milk add up to around 240 grams, as milk is around 3% heavier than water, and not 215 -> this refers to the preparation with 160 ml water stated on the packet).
I am now eagerly awaiting your answer :) Thank you and greetings from central Switzerland

Hi Yumei, the nutritional values refer to 100g (or 215g) of the prepared product, unfortunately this is not visible online due to a technical problem. If you prepare the rice pudding according to the preparation instructions, 1 cup of rice pudding (55g powder and 160ml water = 215g) contains 11g protein.

Hello everyone - a technical problem....?! Come on, you don't believe it yourself, do you?
I can't understand how 55g of rice pudding powder with 2.6g protein (5.1g/100g) can suddenly and miraculously become 11g protein just by adding water. Please give me a plausible explanation or adjust the description on the packet.

Hello Yumei, as we already told you in our answer, the nutritional values are given per 100g prepared and 1 portion (1 cup of 215ml) prepared . So 1 sachet of 55g powder does not contain 2.6g protein but 11g.
