Can you fill a cake with this cream (layer by layer)? e.g. for a Black Forest cake. If so, how, because in the picture it doesn't really look as if you can use the cream as a filling.
Hello ______Ihaveaquestion, thank you for your inquiry. Crème Quick is not suitable for filling as it is too liquid. We recommend the Varietà powder. Here are the instructions:
- Pour 1.75 dl fridge-cold milk into a bowl
- Add 1 packet of Varietà and 25g cocoa powder
- Beat immediately with a hand mixer at the highest speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy
This crème can be made into a cake immediately. Once the cake is filled, chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. You can also use the Varietà mixture for other flavors. We hope this information is helpful to you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Schoggimoudi, thank you for your question. We apologize for the long wait - the clarifications unfortunately took some time. When mixed with oat milk, the cream has a softer consistency. You should use 4-4.5 dl of oat drink when adding it. We had the best result with natural soy milk, but even there you can only add 4.5 dl of soy milk to achieve the same consistency as with milk. However, if you like, you are welcome to try our pudding crème vanilla without sugar (item number 1025.005). It can also be eaten by diabetics without hesitation.
