What is the difference to the normal vanilla-flavored pudding powder?
Hello harryman, thank you for your question. The big differences between the normal custard powder with vanilla flavoring and the Homemade are in the production and use. The Homemade Crème Patisserie Vanilla is mixed cold and the custard cream is first boiled and then cooled. In addition, patisserie cream is more commonly used for filling pastries such as strawberry tarts, cream slices or cornets. The cream is more "stable" and easier to measure out. hi i have a question regarding the calories
i read an other question asking about it and i got more confused, since the 117calories written on the package are for 100g of prepared cream, they do not tell us if the butter is included in the counting or not, or if its only water that’s been used
my question is how many calories would an entire 100g bag of powder and 2.5dl of water would be ?
