I have a pack of these tabs that do not dissolve in the machine. Is it known that there are faulty tabs in circulation?

We generally recommend placing the tabs in the cutlery drawer and not in the dispensing compartment. It is possible that the dispensing compartment flap in your dishwasher gets stuck from time to time so that too little water reaches the tabs. There are other causes that could be the reason for your problem. Here are a few tips from us:
- We recommend using Handymatic Supreme Machine Care (https://www.migros.ch/en/product/501114300000). Cleaning your machine can help the tabs to dissolve better. The application is described on the inside of the label.
- The nozzle at the tip of the spray arm was blocked and the tab could not be rinsed in properly. If this is the case, please ensure that you clean the spray arm and the dishwasher as recommended by the machine manufacturer.
- The temperature thermostat is faulty and the dishwasher is not heating the water to the required temperature. If necessary, we recommend having a service carried out.

If I use these taps, do I still have to add rinse aid to the machine or can I do without it?
Hello FreexMy , thank you for your inquiry. Whether you need to add rinse gloss depends on the hardness of the water where you live. If the water is very hard, we recommend that you also use rinse gloss. This also applies if you are using an "All in One" product. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

There used to be 44 tabs, why now only 35?

I still have packaging with 44 pieces at home (see photo above). The unit price was a little lower then.
