Why was the content reduced from 1.5 kg to 1.1 kg and sold again at the same price as before?
Hello baumi101, thank you for your post. The quantity in the packaging has indeed been reduced from 1500 g to 1100 g. This is due to an improved recipe. With the new recipe, you only need 20 grams of powder per wash cycle instead of the previous 27 grams. You can therefore carry out just as many washes - 55 washes - with the new 1.1 kilogram version as with the old 1.5 kilogram version. We understand that such changes can raise questions and it is important to us to communicate these transparently. Unfortunately, we have had to gradually increase the price of this powder to CHF 7.95. This is due to price increases from raw materials and suppliers. Is a dosing spoon included?

Unfortunately, the dosing spoon in question is not (or no longer?) available from customer service. Only the dosing ball for detergent.

I am very satisfied with the Classic powder - in general - and have been using it for years (and my dishwasher fitter has praised it highly). The only problem I have is that the coffee spoons are suddenly no longer clean. Even with pre-rinsing, a residue remains after washing. I've already changed the positioning of the spoons but it hasn't helped. The rest of the cutlery is clean. Has anything been changed in the recipe?
Hello Pepino1, we have not changed the recipe. Our specialist department recommends cleaning the washing machine. We have a machine cleaner in our range for this purpose. Yes, I would also love it if these "old" retro boxes were available again...I fill the bag into an empty 1 kg yogurt pot. I would definitely prefer the "old original" too....
