Hello mirt_23, thank you for your inquiry. The pouch foil used in HiPPis consists of a plastic-aluminum composite. The aluminum is embedded between two plastic films. The aluminum layer in the pouch has no direct contact with the fruit pulp. The fruit purée is therefore optimally protected. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
