Very fine, I love it! It just needs to be turned very well/much when frying, then it doesn't stick so much. That's good to know. I also like the consistency (even if it's not identical to meat - in my opinion, that's not necessary).

They are very tasty, unfortunately they are no longer available in my store. The only negative, boa they splatter quite a bit when frying
