Normally or mostly I buy the hay in the Landi, because there are just bigger packs, but unfortunately this was now often very bad, so I have again resorted to the "hay from Central Switzerland". Unfortunately I only got 4-5 packs from Meierskappel, which was really very good with lots of grasses and flowers that you could see. Now there is hay from Altwis which is unfortunately rather poor again. It's rather fine, dark and partly crumpled up like a ball of wool and doesn't smell very good either, you can't see any grasses or flowers etc. either. My guinea pigs don't eat it and it ends up back in the green container. What is it like with the producers, is there always a few weeks of one then another? I look forward to an answer, thank you.
Dear four-legged friend Thank you for your inquiry and interest. As you have correctly noted, the hay comes from several farms. As the individual producers also use the mixtures for their own consumption, we only have small quantities available. For the reasons mentioned, it is unfortunately not possible to obtain the hay from just one producer. Your M-Infoline team

Giten Tag Where does the hay come from? Country, manufacturer, distributor? Thank you for an answer. mfG.
Hello Royalito Thank you for your inquiry. This M-Classic hay is mountain meadow hay from the Lake Constance region (Switzerland, Germany, Austria). We look forward to your next visit to your Migros. Kind regards from your M-Infoline team

Now the last packs are different again and not green enough. Well, it's just a natural product.

Thank you for your feedback on M-Classic hay.
Natural products can fluctuate from time to time. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer consistent quality.
However, we will be happy to inform the marketing department accordingly.
See you soon in your Migros!

The hay has been very good lately! Super! That's how it should be.
The only pity is that the hay is not available in 3 kg or 5 kg packs. But otherwise great.
Hello Royalito
Great that you like our hay! We will be happy to pass on your request for a larger pack to the specialist department.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

I always buy my hay at the Landi, but lately it's just been too chopped up and therefore very dusty. So now I've reached for the Migros hay, but I didn't buy this one here but the 1.5 kg pack for CHF 3.30 and it's from my region. I am positively surprised and will buy it more often.
Why are there actually two different packs of hay? The top 1 kg hay is pressed far too tightly and is a squashed square thing, the 1.5 kg pack is much better. Why aren't there larger packs of 3 kg or so, for example?
Hello four-legged friend
Thank you for your contribution.
We would like to follow up on this. Can you please let us know the branch concerned?
Thank you for your feedback and best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello M-Infoline
I buy the hay from us in Reiden.
Greetings

Dear four-legged friend
Thank you for your feedback.
The hay you bought is a regional product that is only sold in the Lucerne cooperative.
The above hay is available throughout Switzerland. It is pressed tighter on the shelf to save space.
We would be happy to take your input on offering a 3KG bag. Unfortunately, we can't promise you anything, so please don't be disappointed if we don't implement this immediately.
See you soon in your Migros!
Best regards
Your M-Infoline Team

Yes, it would indeed be very good if there were 3 or 5k packs in Migros. This can only be the case in larger stores. The quality of your hay is already good. It's just a shame that it's so heavily compressed and therefore cut so small. Larger packs would be great!
