Good - but it doesn't have to be. A regular plum is just as good.

They look ugly and unripe on the outside, but are sweet and juicy on the inside

Juicy and good to taste

In terms of taste, the plums have a balanced ratio of acidity and sweetness. The dark red flesh is an eye-catcher, but the quality of the fruit available at the Drachenzenter in Basel on January 8 was miserable. Half of them were rotten or almost completely moldy

Our prunes had a hole in the top and were therefore not so pretty to look at, but the taste was good.

The plums were not the red color as in the photo, they were more grey-greenish-red. However, the flesh is bright red and super juicy. The taste is very fine, very fresh with a slight hint of cinnamon. Very tasty! Highly recommended.
