Then I went to several Migros and asked the bakery managers why I could no longer find this Hercules loaf, and the answer was always the SAME: OUT OF STOCK. And they have no idea when this loaf will be back on sale in the department.
I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but I could have done without it. The fact remains that you've baked a high-performance loaf, only to find that you can no longer follow up on it. So in the meantime, I'm going back to Manor, where they continue to sell fresh sourdough bread, although I hope to find this Hercules in stock, unless you've already withdrawn it from the list for reasons of yield or other reasons.
