Very fine Zvieri Plättli, but a little expensive

Cut far too thick, tough and hard. In terms of taste, the meat has a lot of room for improvement. Try products that come from a butcher and are in roughly the same category. You will notice the difference in taste. The price is exorbitant and cannot be justified in terms of supporting producers in mountain regions.

Feels like cardboard, tastes below average, I won't be buying any more.

One of my favorite cold cuts platters, although the price is quite high.

I really like the meat in the Zvieri - Plättli. I also like the wild hay salsiz better here than in the single pack, as it is cut thinner in the Zvieri - Plättli. I also find the price quite high and I would like to know whether part of it goes to a mountain farmer project like the Pro Montagna line from Coop? Because if this is the case, then I am absolutely prepared to pay more for it! I think it would be great if part of the price went to the mountain farmers so that such fine traditional foods can continue to be produced, opening up new pleasurable experiences for us.

I think the quality of the meat and vegetables is very good, but I only buy it occasionally because it is rather expensive.

Very, very tasty - but far too expensive. I don't buy Heidi products because I can't afford them. I also think the M-Budget Mostbröckli meat is just as good :)
