Why does Heidi Milk Drink smell and taste like nothing at the moment? The typical smell and taste in the nose and palate is missing.

Hello Schmelzbroetli, can you please give us the lot number and the best-before date? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Schmelzbroetli, thank you very much for your contribution. We are sorry that the Heidi Milk Drink tastes like nothing. However, no changes have been made to this product. We were also unable to detect any deviations when we checked the production records. When tasting the retained samples from different bottlings, no differences in taste, smell or appearance were detected either. Unfortunately, we cannot explain why it does not taste as you are used to. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can you tell me where the green A2 Urmilch has disappeared to? You can't even find it here anymore. I would like to buy it again. Thank you for your feedback.

Have you changed anything in the processing? I'm used to the milk lasting forever - at least until the date, usually longer. Jetzz 2x turns sour after a short time. Is it the new cap or something else? We store it as usual.

Hello nadkel, please let us know if you have kept the milk in the fridge. If this is the case, please provide us with the best-before date and the lot number of the packs in question. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello nadkel We've had the same problem for almost a year and are now so annoyed that we've had to empty out a lot of milk, and since Migros doesn't think it's necessary to change this, we're unfortunately forced to buy milk from the competition!

@M-Infoline: is this a serious question about the fridge? I feel like I'm being made fun of. I'm already grown up and know that milk belongs in the fridge thanks. And the lot number is useless, as it is the same for ALL packs and has been for a long time. So it might be an idea to change the altered recipe, there are enough complaints. Why do you always have to change something if it's good? The product has already been made worse but then returned. Please do the same this time

Hello nadkel, thank you for your patience. HEIDI milk (whole milk and M-Drink) has been produced by ELSA for quite some time, and no changes have been made to the production process or filling since then. It is a semi-skimmed milk and not a milk drink such as a Choco Drink, i.e. there is no "recipe" in this sense and therefore no change to the recipe. It is important for an H-Past product to be stored in a cool place (refrigerator) at all times, both before and after opening, as it is subjected to a different heat treatment than UHT milk. We assume that there was either an interruption in the cold chain or damage to the packaging during the process (filling, logistics, etc.), which led to premature deterioration of the contents. At what time and/or where this occurred can no longer be determined by us in retrospect. We will contact you privately. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are you making any progress with the revision of the lid? I have exactly the same problem, that the milk can't be stored in a horizontal position in the fridge as it then leaks! Annoying this mess..................

Hello nibibis, thank you for your inquiry. We were happy to follow up with our specialist department. The packaging revision is still in full swing and has not yet been completed. For this reason, we ask for your patience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Will the cover be reworked again? Regularly leaks when lying flat. Absolutely terrible and food waste. It used to work.

Hello respondalex, thank you very much for your message. We are not entirely happy with the new edition either. For this reason, we are continuing to work on new packaging. Such a packaging revision can take some time. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why did they change the lid? it's a pain to put back on and today, as I had feared for a long time, my milk leaked while it was lying in the fridge... the lid is a pain in the neck and you always need several attempts to get it on straight... I'm glad that others here rate this negatively and that I'm not alone with the lid problem 🤷🏽♀️ a shame and not consumer-friendly...

Hello mcm85, we are sorry to hear about your experience. And indeed, we have already received some feedback, which we are now listening to. From the beginning of November, the Heidi bottle has been optimized. We have adjusted the height of the ribs on the lid, which provides a better grip. We also changed the neck of the bottle. This should make it easier to unscrew in future. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Our favorite milk for many years, but since the bottler changed, you can no longer buy these milk bottles in stock! Sealed milk stored in the fridge is crumbly as soon as it is opened, so the expiration date is a joke - why change products that have been tried and tested for years?

Hello nibibis, thank you for your message. We are sorry that the product has given you cause for complaint. Can you give us an example of the lot number and the best-before date so that we can check this? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The lot number is: L000024 Best before date: 28.10.21

When checking the retained samples and the production documents, we were unable to detect any deviations. We can therefore rule out a general production error. However, we were also not entirely happy with the closure. For this reason, we have revised the packaging. We increased the height of the ribs on the cap, which provides a better grip. We also changed the neck of the bottle. This should make it easier to unscrew in future. You will find the revised Heidi milk on our shelves at the beginning of November 2021. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

We have only been drinking Heidi milk for years because we don't like any other milk. But we can't understand the decision to change the lid, it costs us nerves to close the lid properly after use. The size is also totally inconvenient and I miss the date on the top of the lid.

I can't help smiling, "Missing the date on the lid", as soon as something changes the "homo sapiens" is overwhelmed at first, where is the date now? What kind of strange lid is that? Lid closes badly and no date on it? Mankind has never seen such a bad lid before...

Well, that's just generation "Schmaraphone" and co. so you don't have to think for yourself anymore 😉

Hello schakue, the manufacturer has already addressed the problem and has already made suggestions for improvement. He will implement these as soon as possible. You can find the date on the side of the lid. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Migros I have been a convinced Heidi Milch consumer for almost 8 years, but unfortunately I have to say that the new lid was an absolute mistake. When the bottle is still sealed with the aluminum lid, the plastic lid falls off. As soon as you start using the bottle, the new lid closes very badly and when you drink the last drops straight from the bottle, you almost cut your mouth. I don't think this packaging is justified for a rather expensive milk. How many complaints does it take for the packaging to be reconsidered?

Hello GismoB, thank you very much for your honest feedback. We are pleased that you are a long-time consumer of Heidi milk. We are all the more sorry that you are not convinced by the new lid. We were happy to pass on your feedback to the specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why was this new larger lid introduced? It is difficult to close and it also requires more plastic in production. I thought reducing plastic in packaging was an important goal for Migros!

Hello Migroskind3010, thank you for your question. Due to a change of supplier, we are now producing the product on a line with a bottle neck diameter of 48 mm. As a result, the spout opening and therefore the screw cap are larger. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Migros. That's an explanation but not an answer ;-) So that means that your supplier asked you to make the spout and lid that big? Please tell me this is a joke :-D !!!
