As the error unfortunately occurred with a time delay, it was not recognized in time during the internal release checks and the product was delivered accordingly. Hello, I really like Heidi chocolate, really great drinks. Well made. But I have a few questions. Is the milk and cocoa organic? If not, what kind of feed do the cows that produce the milk from Heidi drinks get? Is it pasture and hay? Or grain and soy? In short, is your milk a grass-based diet or not? Since July 2021, the milk used comes exclusively from IP-Suisse certified farms in the mountain zone. The farms are located in mountain zones I to IV and are geographically located in the Neuchâtel Jura. Stricter requirements apply to IP-Suisse farms, particularly with regard to animal welfare: targeted measures for species-appropriate feeding such as the proportion of pasture, green fodder, farm-own meadow fodder and a restrictive use of concentrated feed are promoted by the IP-Suisse program. How can this be? I made my purchase online last Thursday and ordered 12 Heidi chocolate drinks. It's the 4th drink my girlfriend and I have had and it's hot. With every sip we take, our throats start to burn. I've only had one of the 12 that was normal. I used to buy Heidi's Schokodrin, but I will never buy it again. Can you comment on this?

Hello Migros, the question about the sugar content was asked 5 years ago. From my subjective point of view, the product is still massively over-sugared. 10 grams of sugar per 100ml! How long do such tests and sugar reduction processes take? The product certainly tastes better with half the sugar (you can manage that) and you are doing something for the health of your customers. That way, they get used to the new, less sweet taste. In contrast, we use less sugar in new products right from the start. We have already reduced the sugar content of various products. Customer feedback and the reviews here on Migipedia show that our customers like Heidi Drink. We therefore have no plans to reduce the sugar content of this drink at present. Dear Migros, please check the packaging for this chocolate milk. The drinking opening in particular is very dangerous as it has extremely sharp edges. But I find it very practical that it is resealable. PET is also welcome.

The product is basically very good, perhaps a little too sweet.
The packaging is problematic, the inside edge of the bottle has sharp edges. This is A unpleasant B dangerous C gives the product a cheap note.

For me, this is the best chocolate ring! There is no other milk drink that tastes so creamy, simply delicious.
But there is one really big negative point with the packaging: if you drink straight from the bottle, you almost cut your lips because the end of the bottle is so sharp. I like the large spout, but couldn't it just be a PET bottle? Then you could also recycle the bottle.

Unfortunately, we had to discontinue the Heidi Drink with honey, along with other items, as part of a product range revision. We decided to take this step after sales had been declining for some time. We very much regret that this decision has disappointed customers who enjoyed consuming the product and are now annoyed. Unfortunately, space on the shelves is limited, so it is our duty to constantly check the attractiveness of the selection and make adjustments if necessary.
Why not try the other Heidi Drinks - maybe you'll like them just as much?
