Hello, is this product actually vegetarian and is alcohol used in its manufacture?
Hello MEmin, thank you for your inquiry. We have great news for you: our manufacturer, the Fresh Food & Beverage Group, always uses vegetable fats and oils or butter for the production of bread and baked goods. Any animal ingredients are clearly labeled as such on the list of ingredients. For example, it would explicitly state that pork gelatine was used. The situation is similar with alcohol. The list of ingredients clearly states whether we use alcohol. If the alcohol content is over 0.5 %, we state the percentage of the ingredient containing alcohol in the list of ingredients. There is even an alcohol label on the packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are the savings measures that it has much less filling in it than when it was launched?
Hi FreexMy, thanks for your tip. Do you happen to still have the packaging? Then we need the LOT number and the best-before date. That way we can check whether there were any problems during production. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Are the fatty acids of vegetable origin? Kind regards
Good morning ab5573 JOWA always uses the vegetable/synthetic variant of additives. Only the E 1105 (lysozyme) is of animal origin. This is also declared accordingly: Lysozyme (from chicken egg protein) Source: Fact sheet on additives in food Best regardsFrederica
Thank you 👍
Hello ab5573, Federica is right, JOWA only uses vegetable emulsifiers. The mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids in the yeast nut summit are of vegetable origin. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
