Hello oriana, thank you for your inquiry. We are sorry that you are missing the product on our shelves. Unfortunately, the search in our system did not return any hits under this name. I think it was called Twist Professional. The color of the packaging was partly blue with the imprint Professional and there was a package with six rolls.

Hello oriana, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your help in clarifying the matter. We no longer offer the product you are looking for. This is due to a lack of demand. As an alternative, we recommend the Twist Deluxe or the variant from M-Budget. We hope you like our suggestions just as much. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is household paper compostable?

Edited

Hello julius_brun, thank you for your inquiry. We will be happy to provide you with information: Basically, household paper is made of cellulose - decomposition in the compost is unproblematic. If you only compost small quantities (individual sheets) and the household paper does not come into contact with (household) chemicals, disposal in the compost is harmless. The Swiss Compost Forum office also confirms that many people use household paper as an insert in the compost bin when collecting kitchen waste. This makes it easier for the juicy green waste to slip out when it is emptied without leaving a lot of residue behind. We hope this information helps you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are all the racks empty, even though it says on the Internet that Goldau still has 12 p. of budget household paper in stock? When asked by phone, they say they have nothing left and cannot order any more. Is the website not correct?

Hi Melros We have clarified your request with the relevant department and received the following response: The stock levels and store data are correct and have been transmitted correctly. The stock levels are linked to the checkout data and sales data. This means that if you see a store stock of 11 items on migros.ch or the Migros app and call the store to reserve the item, it is of course possible that these 11 items are not on the shelf or in the warehouse, but are in circulation towards the checkout. In short: other customers have put the item in their shopping cart and are on their way to the checkout. What can also happen is that there are one or more customer reservations in the store concerned. These are not removed from the inventory because this only happens after payment at the checkout. Last but not least: What is very often associated with "incorrect data on the Migros app and migros.ch" is old data on the smartphone. The data that is available online is live data. If the app or browser is not completely closed after the last use, the application device displays old data. This can also lead to incorrect information. Tip On smartphones/tablets, applications are closed completely using "Cleanup". On a computer, use the "Close window" option. We hope this answer will help you. Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

The product is currently missing from our Migros. Do you want to take it out of the range? That would be a shame.

Hello Mokkka, thank you for your question. We still offer the product in our range. The shelf may not have been restocked. We hope that you will find it again on your next visit. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The composition says "with additive for increased wet tear resistance, auxiliary agent". What exactly are these additives that are used?

Hello broeli, thank you for your question. These auxiliaries include, for example, interleaving glue and end sheet glue as well as chemicals that are necessary in the production process on the paper machine. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

M-Buget HH paper for ever... until: The diameter of the cardboard roll has been reduced and the HH paper from Budget no longer fits on the usual dispenser. Pretty stupid. Supplier error or "strategy"? Purchased last week week week 41 at the Center Commercial Forum in Montreux.

Sali Cary, thank you for your post. That's right, the cardboard core of the household paper has been reduced by 0.5 cm - the new standard has been on the rise in Europe for some time, and we have now also made the adjustment. Our competitors are also in the process of adapting the diameter or have already done so. Currently, only the Twist Style household paper (article number 5260.202) is still available with the old diameter of 4.5 cm. If you have a Rotho wall holder: We are already in talks with the supplier to adapt the holder as well. It is still unclear whether and when the other manufacturers will follow suit. We hope this has helped you and wish you a great autumn. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello. We've always had this household paper because we thought it was the best. Now I wanted to buy it again yesterday in Migros Breitenbach, but lo and behold, there was none left on the shelf. And no label either. Has this been taken out of the range there? If so, why? It would be a great pity. Thanks for the answer.

I'm beginning to fear that every package of these rolls has this problem. Because just yesterday, when I opened the newly purchased package, it was the same again, as already mentioned below. - Layers don't stick together or are displaced. On the one hand, cleaning with only one layer can be very economical, but on the other hand it is very annoying :(

Hello Rebecca07
Thank you for your further comment. We are sorry that you are still unhappy with the quality.
Our specialist department would now like to check this more closely. We would ask you to send us a roll with packaging to the following address or hand it in at the customer service desk in your branch:
