Too sour, too hard crust and huge holes, not baked enough, like many breads from the Migros bakery. I will never buy it again.

Very crispy, delicious
As a German, it's difficult to find good bread in some parts of Switzerland (or France). The bread here absolutely meets my quality standards and often even surpasses what I find at the German bakery.

This is real sourdough bread, with a solid texture, thick crust and airy crumb. It's easy to digest and keeps for a long time.

Best bread ever! And made from sourdough. It's expensive but the price is ok.
