In which M store in Zurich can Hercules bread be bought?
Hello M-Infoline What's going on with Pain Hercules, which has been out of stock in all Migros for at least two weeks, if not three? Usually at Balexert, but I see on the app that this bread is out of stock in all the major Migros stores in Geneva.
Please be assured that we have forwarded your comments to the manager of our "Bakery" food chain for consideration in the quality control of our products. We are still pleased to offer our customers in stores with Boulangerie Maison (Balexert, Charmilles, Chêne-Bourg, Meyrin, Les Cygnes, Lancy-Onex, Plainpalais, Nyon la Combe, Porte de Nyon), Hercules bread.
However, as the dough takes a long time to rise, we can only make the quantities programmed in advance, and if during the day it is more successful than expected, there is no possibility of re-preparing it for the end of the day.
So there are two possibilities: either you haven't been to a store with a home bakery recently, or you come when it's sold out, so we suggest you ask the bakers to set aside the size you want (quarter, half, whole) on the days when you're sure to make your purchases.

I go to a migros only if I see in the MIGIPEDIA application if it is available in a branch, including Balexert, and for some time I read that this product is always out of stock. So I don't go there. Thank you for your reply, but I must inform you that until recently you always indicated stock availability for this loaf, as you do for all your other goods. Then I went to several Migros and asked the bakery managers why I could no longer find this Hercules loaf, and the answer was always the SAME: OUT OF STOCK. And they have no idea when this loaf will be back on sale in the department.
I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but I could have done without it. The fact remains that you've baked a high-performance loaf, only to find that you can no longer follow up on it. So in the meantime, I'm going back to Manor, where they continue to sell fresh sourdough bread, although I hope to find this Hercules in stock, unless you've already withdrawn it from the list for reasons of yield or other reasons.
