Usually at Balexert, but I see on the app that this bread is out of stock in all the major Migros stores in Geneva.
Please be assured that we have forwarded your comments to the manager of our "Bakery" food chain for consideration in the quality control of our products. We are still pleased to offer our customers in stores with Boulangerie Maison (Balexert, Charmilles, Chêne-Bourg, Meyrin, Les Cygnes, Lancy-Onex, Plainpalais, Nyon la Combe, Porte de Nyon), Hercules bread.
However, as the dough takes a long time to rise, we can only make the quantities programmed in advance, and if during the day it is more successful than expected, there is no possibility of re-preparing it for the end of the day.
So there are two possibilities: either you haven't been to a store with a home bakery recently, or you come when it's sold out, so we suggest you ask the bakers to set aside the size you want (quarter, half, whole) on the days when you're sure to make your purchases.

And they have no idea when this loaf will be back on sale in the department.
