Why can't you make the plait in central Switzerland (Migros Lucerne territory) in the same way as in Bern or the entire Migros Aare territory? The Central Swiss plait has nothing to do with "Züpfe", dries out immediately and doesn't even hint at butter.
You can taste the indegences very well
Too dark/heavily baked....
