I don't think so. The specification says; may contain eggs or milk. I assume that this must be noted as the crust wreath is not produced at a separate location. This means that it is possible that in the bakery where the wreath is produced, baked goods with egg/milk are also produced and contamination cannot be ruled out. This would be ethically important for vegans. This is also the case with allergies or other forms of nutrition, e.g. gluten.

All ingredients of an item are listed in descending order in the ingredients list. Our breads are free from animal ingredients (unless otherwise declared, e.g. butter, milk or eggs) and are always vegetarian. Our normal breads are always vegan.
In accordance with JOWA AG's quality credo, no animal slaughter fats or additives derived from animal fats are used. Emulsifiers, fats, oils and glycerine of vegetable origin are generally used in all JOWA products. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
