It was my first time buying via video consultation and I was therefore a little unsure. As it turned out, this was completely unfounded. Mr. Matti gave me extremely friendly, competent and patient advice. From A to Z, everything went to my complete satisfaction. The Hasena bed frame is exactly what I imagined. Great value for money. I'll be back again any time, thank you very much!

Total value of goods over CHF 4'000.- (sleeping promotion). PRODUCT: recommendable, good condition, solid. DELIVERY: rather weak performance or slogan on delivery vehicle (An "M" more helpful) could be removed in my view. With the "home delivery" option for CHF 0, there was always an error message on completion (order was not possible). With "delivery to kerbside" for CHF 0, the order process worked surprisingly well. Delivery on time around 7 a.m. or the dispatcher called in advance to say that they would be on site in 8 minutes. When I opened the garage (10m to the curb), the employees immediately said that they had to put everything down by the curb and take photos and that the goods could not be placed in front of the garage. According to them, they have just 4 minutes to unload (or rather throw down) 2 complete beds including bedside tables, sign for the customer and drive on. If the photo is not taken at the roadside, the "home delivery" will be charged extra. Made a friendly but "stressed" impression and said that this is how it is in the "forwarding business". In terms of quality and helpfulness, we are used to a better standard from Migros/Micasa.

The frame is good value for money. However, there is a major error in the materials supplied, in that the four screws supplied (which correspond to those indicated in the assembly instructions) to fix the two central legs that support the bed bases are too small for the holes. The frame is therefore unusable. I had to go to a DIY store to buy washers to make them fit.

Top bed for this price. Easy and quick to assemble. Very stable and good height (not too low). Only the MDF plastic coating is quite sensitive to knocks. I chipped a piece off when putting the frame in place. A cordless screwdriver is recommended, or at least a straight screwdriver with an Imbuss attachment. With the angled Allen key supplied, it is otherwise very difficult to screw in all 44 screws!

Set up in no time, solid, meets expectations. With a special discount, the price is also perfect ;-)

Actually a top bed! Why can't the headboard be ordered separately? Unfortunately, we ordered the 90x200 bed frame without the headboard. It is no longer possible to order it later, even though Hasena actually offers everything. I will probably have to order a 90x200 headboard elsewhere

Super nice bed

Delivery arrived within the announced time frame. The bed is great and quick to assemble. Plain and simple, that's all I wanted. So I'm very happy with my choice.
