HARRISON Ecksofa

Don't let the negative reviews about the delivery influence you too much. I received my sofa 11 days after ordering (with 2 weekends in between!) on my desired date. And then only at 7.10 in the morning so that I could get to work as usual. It doesn't get any better than that!

Unfortunately, I haven't received the sofa yet. Ordered in the store on September 1, we were told that we would have to wait a maximum (!) of 5-6 weeks for delivery. Now it is 8 weeks and delivery is still pending and perhaps possible from 20.11. It's a shame when false dates are promised on site just to finalize a purchase. We would probably have opted for a different sofa rather than wait almost 3 months!

For me, everything fits, from the order to the delivery and the product. A great and very comfortable sofa. I can't yet judge what it will look like in a year's time, but at the moment it's amazing :) I think it's a shame that the sofa has so few stars, mainly because of the delays in delivery. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with the product.

We ordered a Harrison sofa with cord fabric on 05.02 via the 3D configurator. After 13 weeks, on 10.05 we received only HALF of the sofa ordered! The order was for 2 modules and we only received 1! After contacting customer service, their reply was that we had only ordered 1 module and not 2 as specified on our order! Their only solution is to order the missing module at our expense, and wait another 2 months for delivery.

Poor fabric quality We had been looking for a comfortable family sofa for a long time. And we thought we had found it. The Harrison sofa really is a very comfortable and beautiful sofa. Unfortunately, after just six months, the first faded patches appeared on the fabric. The sofa is by the window and the black fabric is now turning an ugly brown color in the areas exposed to light. The previous sofa had been in the same place for 10 years without the fabric suffering from exposure to light. If we had been made aware of the black fabric's sensitivity to light during the sales talk, we would have opted for a different color. Now the initial joy has also faded.

Please note that the delivery time is currently at least 15 weeks and not 9 as indicated on the internet. I was notified of this today, so I'll be waiting 4 months for my sofa...

There is no more comfortable sofa !!!! seen - ordered - delivered - everything worked out wonderfully, I would buy again and again. MICASA has made us happy, BRAVO and many thanks

Incredibly comfortable! We are constantly falling asleep and can't finish watching a movie 😂 Delivery tiptop, as agreed. Highly recommended.

I ordered the sofa last September with a different fabric cover. As a result of the negative reviews, I was a little unsure at first whether I would actually get the sofa delivered correctly and on time. And yes - on January 4, the sofa was delivered to me in perfect condition, exactly as I had ordered it! I'm still happy with the sofa today! There is no more comfortable sofa than the Harrison! I would buy it again any time! Thank you Micasa!

Very poor fabric quality! Too bad, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
