Summarized ...

«The product has mixed reviews with some customers finding it practical and perfect for their needs, while a majority of them criticize it for being of poor quality, difficult to use, and ineffective in cutting tape. Many customers mention issues with the tape getting stuck, the cutter being at a wrong angle and not being sharp enough, and the product overall being less reliable than metal counterparts.»

No, I really don't. Not professional equipment. Might as well do the parcels without the useless stuff.

As there is no illustration on the packaging, it is not entirely clear how the adhesive tape should be inserted. Once you have done this correctly and the part is ready for use, you have the next problem. The serrated blade for cutting the adhesive tape is pretty much useless. Not only is it not wide enough (in my opinion), it is also absolutely useless for cutting through the adhesive tape (this is probably because it is only a thin stamped piece of sheet metal and is probably attached at the wrong angle). I can only advise against buying this product.

Absolutely useless as purchased, as the blade is not able to cut through adhesive tape without choking. The cutting edge is only punched, without sharpening. A child's toy... At least you can simply remove the blade and a whetstone works wonders afterwards, which might even have been enough for four stars in line with the price.

Cheap plastic garbage, at the end of the day you always need your hands anyway. Return this junk and buy a metal one.
