The quality of these oranges is terrible: the fact that half of the oranges have to be thrown away after 2 days is unacceptable. Is it possible that the fruit is stored too cold and therefore has cold damage and then starts to mold/rot when stored at home at room temperature? In any case, this kind of quality is not acceptable, regardless of whether they are on sale or not.
Hello Chur69, thank you very much for your contribution. We are sorry that the oranges started to rot after a short time. We try to guarantee quality by imposing clear requirements on our suppliers and by carrying out strict checks on incoming goods. However, certain deviations sometimes only become apparent after some time and are not visually recognizable. Our aim is to prevent this, which is why we are constantly working on this and sorting out the affected items from the shelves. You will receive an e-mail from us shortly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

When will Tarocco and blood oranges be available again? What happened to the Mineolas, I missed them last winter, when will they be on sale again?
Hello rollimaus, thank you for your inquiry. We have been selling Tarocco oranges since this week. The blood oranges from calendar week 51. We do not carry the Mieloas in our national range. This may have been a regional offer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are 4 pieces of orange broken ???
Hello Gkouli, thank you very much for your message. Oh dear, we're sorry to hear that. We try to guarantee the quality of our fresh products by imposing clear requirements on our suppliers and by carrying out strict checks on incoming goods. Certain deviations sometimes only become apparent after some time and are not visually recognizable. Our aim is to prevent this, which is why we are constantly working on this and removing the affected items from the shelves. We regret that we were unable to do this with the oranges you purchased. In general, you can return products of unsatisfactory quality to the store. If necessary, you will receive a replacement or a refund. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Sorry, but I would like to know: Can I buy oranges all year round in the Migros supermarket?
Hello maake Thank you for your inquiry. Tarocco oranges are only available from January to March. As an alternative, we recommend the M-Budget oranges, which are sold all year round. Blond oranges can be found in the stores from July to October. We hope this helps you and look forward to your next visit. Kind regards from the M-Infoline team
