Hello everyone, have any of the packaging designers ever tried to open such packaging themselves? It only works as intended in what feels like 0.01 percent of all cases. Most of the time, the corner simply tears off. A knife is often the only way to open it.
Hello Härchinick, thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that you have difficulties opening the packaging in most cases. In this respect, comprehensive product protection presents us with a challenge: if the packaging were too weakly sealed, the minced meat would spoil prematurely. This must be avoided. Nevertheless, it is important to us to make handling easy for our customers. That is why we carry out spot checks during every production process. We continuously adjust the settings on the systems. Based on your experience, we are happy to subject the packaging process to an inspection. As long as it does not affect the quality of the product, we will make changes. We hope our efforts are in your interest. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
It's very easy to do: pierce with a sharp knife and a quick cut and the door is open! Takes less than 5 seconds . . .
