good quality but this meatloaf never comes close to a home-made one, it is crumbly and not fluffy

Absolutely disgusting product. Not edible, both in terms of consistency and taste (massively oversalted). Unfortunately we only had pasta and vegetables for dinner....

Unfortunately, this meatloaf tastes worse than dog food. Too bad about the work.

I used to do it from time to time. Now I'd have a month's worth of food, even if I chose the smallest one in the chiller cabinet. If it was prepared as described on the baking tin, it was usually served with a hunter's sauce (Oswald) and Mifloc mashed potatoes https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/mifloc-kartoffelstock-104476300000 or pasta (Eliche, Malfadine, Pappardelle). It was usually baked in an ovenproof dish with two small onions, lots of garlic cloves and, depending on the size, halved or quartered waxy potatoes, surrounded by plenty of water, for 1½ hours* at 180°. Seasoned only with salt and pepper from the mill and two dried peperoncini pods rubbed between the fingers *After an hour, turn the meat.
