Hello It says on the packet that you should bake the pizza on the grid and without baking paper. Why should you not use baking paper?

For baking paper, a specific maximum temperature must be indicated on the paper or packaging, it should generally not be used at temperatures above 220 °C. It should also be indicated in a suitable form how baking paper should be used. Consumers often find this information on the packaging and not on the paper.
What can happen if the maximum temperature is exceeded? The baking paper becomes unsightly and brittle, it decomposes. This can lead to the formation of substances that migrate to the food and impair the smell/taste of the baked goods. In addition, substances in higher concentrations can migrate (migrate) into the food at elevated temperatures and thus exceed maximum levels. This can be ruled out if the product is used correctly. With appropriate labeling, higher maximum temperatures, e.g. 250 °C, can also be used without adversely affecting the food. These are papers that exceed the standards.

Hello Unfortunately, the pizza is made in Germany. But where the ham comes from is not specified. I love the pizza, but I would like to make sure that I don't buy meat from abroad. Do you have any more information on this? Thank you!
The manufacturer is based in Germany, why is that? It's just not a Swiss product. That's why Migros has its own pizzas
