Is there a suitable lid for the pan? I know that this is not necessary for frying, but it would be very practical for keeping warm.

Hello, I have been using this pan for 6 months. Now the adhesive coating is coming off and I have had particles of it in the rösti that I have eaten. Are there any health risks?
Hello Koch1, thank you for your inquiry. Your concerns are unfounded. Accidental consumption of such fragments does not pose any health risks. If particles of the non-stick coating get into the prepared food and enter the body in this way, they will leave it in the same state. Therefore, a pan with a non-stick coating that has come off can still be used. If you wish, we can get to the bottom of the cause of the flaking. Is this a "normal" Teflon coating? Or do you have to be careful when cleaning it, e.g. oil it like cast iron, or should you clean it like a "normal" frying pan (avoid scratching, otherwise use soap and hot water)?
