I hope you will forgive my directness, but I am contacting you with a personal concern that is very close to my heart - and I am sure that of other people affected.
It has come to my attention that your sausage products are currently being offered exclusively on the basis of pork. Unfortunately, I have to inform you that I am not allowed to eat any pork at all for health reasons. In this context, a poultry variant would not only be a welcome alternative, but also an act of culinary consideration.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider including such a variant in your range. It would be both an elegant solution for allergy sufferers and a sign of diversity and customer orientation in your product range.

Very good sausage, unfortunately I noticed that the skin gets thicker and tougher on the grill. In other words: the skin is too thick!
