Half a piece in Erlenbach or is that calculated by weight?

In recent years, these were by far the best marinated spare ribs in the retail trade. The pack I bought at the end of March 2021 tasted different and was oversalted. What happened? Have changes been made to the product or is it a production error?

Hi :) I have a severe gluten allergy and wanted to ask if the Grill mi products, especially these spare ribs, contain gluten or traces of gluten in the marinade. In "spices" or "seasoning", which are also ingredients here, it often has gluten-containing elements. Thank you for your answer in advance, LG :)
Hi la_dina As a fellow sufferer, I can only recommend that you steer clear of any store-bought marinated meat. Because as you have already said, there are often things in seasoning and co. If you google RUBs, you'll find lots of delicious fresh spice mixes that are quick to make yourself. This is the only way to have full control :-) Oh... and also avoid (store-bought) mustard, which also contains undefined spices.
Hello la_dina, the Grill mi Spare Ribs 220636517100 do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, and no carry-over is to be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing grains (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Therefore: Check the list of ingredients! Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "May contain gluten" or "May contain traces of gluten". Spices are gluten-free by definition! Seasoning mixes may contain gluten, but this would then have to be declared (e.g. seasoning mix (with wheat starch)). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How long do they have to be on the grill?
Hoi KaptnBlaubaer, the best spare ribs are cooked this way: Preheat the grill to 170 °C, place the spare ribs on it and grill them all around on an indirect, low heat for approx. 80 minutes. Turn the spare ribs every now and then. Bon appétit and best wishes, your M-Infoline team
