Hi la_dina As a fellow sufferer, I can only recommend that you steer clear of any store-bought marinated meat. Because as you have already said, there are often things in seasoning and co. If you google RUBs, you'll find lots of delicious fresh spice mixes that are quick to make yourself. This is the only way to have full control :-) Oh... and also avoid (store-bought) mustard, which also contains undefined spices.

If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing grains (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Therefore: Check the list of ingredients! Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "May contain gluten" or "May contain traces of gluten".
