Hello Millot, thank you for your request. I'll be happy to take care of it. To clarify the situation, could you tell me in which region you do your shopping? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for contacting us.
We are sorry to inform you that this item is no longer on sale in our Migros Genève cooperative.
Our product ranges are developing at such a pace that we can only free up the space needed to renew our offer by eliminating the least popular items from our assortment.
In this way, the basic ranges are referenced according to the demands of our consumers. For this reason, some items are discontinued in favor of new ones, in order to best meet our customers' expectations.
Sincerely, your M-Infoline team. your M-Infoline team

Hello, it seems to me that the "Fromage" recipe must have changed since the beginning of 2021 because it doesn't hold at all, it melts almost instantly and nothing remains inside the Bâle balls! Too bad, it's a useless product now... Do you have any information?

Hello SwissDoomer, thank you for your question. This is a regional product. Which Migros store or cooperative do you usually buy the sausages from? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I'm replying here because I can't reply directly to your comment. It's Migros Valais, since always, it must be 5-6 years since the recipe had changed, do you have an e-mail address or a contact form via which I could send you photos of the "normal" product with the "cheese" that holds perfectly in place even after 15 min at 220° and of the current modified product with a cheese that liquefies and disappears entirely from the product after barely 10 min at 200°. Yet the ingredients still include cast-iron salt, which should qmm help the "cheese" not to decompose and liquefy...

Here's a link to the photos. There are two photos I had on film dating from 2019 - 2020, normal product, normal cheese, in line with the product illustration and my experience over the years with this product. A photo of the "defective" product 2021, which is the second time this has happened to me this year, two packages bought several weeks apart and with different production dates. I've never found a "normal" product since the return of this product to the assortment this spring. The last two photos are the packaging of this spring's "faulty" product. Thanks in advance for the explanations. Have a nice day. https://www.swisstransfer.com/d/a887b5db-8cfc-4450-a2f6-ece553500cc2
