I made the bread on friday 24.5 2024 in Glattzentrum and ate it today sunday it had hare inside of bread it was so disgusting to eat i could not eat it not normal so what i hope in the future you will control the bread better

Hello Efeuranke, the recipe for our snake bread is unchanged, but we have moved production to another JOWA site where the processes and ovens are not identical. For this reason, we bake the snake bread a little darker so that it doesn't look so pale. The shape of the snake bread can vary slightly, as we shape them by hand every day. I would like to be able to buy the Grill mi Schlangenbrot at Migros Wiedikon again. I have only found the Stäckebrot from Buchmann, which we (me, my daughter and my husband) are not happy with at all. When will the Grill mi Schlangenbrot be available again?

One of Migros' best freshly baked breads. It's a shame that the snake breads are not available all year round, as they also taste excellent when baked in the oven.
The only thing is that towards the end of the shelf life, the bread tastes a bit like wood around the spit.
It would also be nice if the best-before date was printed on the bag instead of being stuck on a piece of paper under the sealing clip.

We are very pleased that you like the product so much. Unfortunately, in contrast to our other freshly baked products, the product has too little potential for year-round sales. This is a niche product that only generates modest sales even in the summer months.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to print the M-Data directly on the packaging for technical production reasons.
