Does anyone know why there have been no Grande Caffe Zeros on the shelves for some time now?
Hello oberjuhe, thank you for your inquiry. We will be happy to clarify the situation. There are currently delays in delivery due to a system changeover. It is currently unclear when the product will be available again. However, we can assure you that we are working hard to find a solution. A little patience is still needed - it pays off! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for the quick reply. This coffee is the only one I like and my little daily highlight. That's why I'm "planning" to put it back on the shelf.
Hi oberjuhe thanks for the feedback. Oh dear, it is of course unpleasant to have to miss out on the highlight of the day ☹. For now, we can only recommend that you check the availability display on the website. Deliveries are still taking place despite technical restrictions. We hope that you will soon be able to enjoy your favorite coffee again. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Does the grande caffe zero have caffeine?
Hello Nein123, yes, the Grande Caffè Zero contains caffeine, it contains 28mg per 100ml. For comparison: 1 cup of coffee provides approx. 80mg of caffeine. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, why are there two additives on this product when apparently there is no need for them (Emmi product)?
Hello Nathanael-, thank you very much for your message. We are sorry that the lactose-free milk drink with coffee extract did not convince you ☹.
We have modified the packaging and the recipe. From now on, the product is made without added sugars or sweeteners. What's more, the intensity of the coffee - compared with its predecessor - has been increased. We recently began using only Guatemalan coffee.
When developing each of our recipes, we take particular care to use only the dosage of thickener absolutely necessary to achieve a balanced taste. In doing so, we comply with the restrictions on the use of thickeners in Switzerland. Yours sincerely, the M-Infoline team

Incorrect brand name both on Migipedia and at migros.ch: The brand name is GRANDE CAFFÈ, not Caffè & Latte.
Hello Nachtspalter, thank you for your comment. The names Caffè and Latte are the sub-name that is also shown on the cup. Everything is therefore correct. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The other two Grande Caffé products also have the sub-name Caffé & Latte on the cups; however, the brand name Grande Caffé is listed online in both cases and not the sub-name. Why is this not the case with this product and why is it not consistent across the entire brand?
Hi Nachtspalter, thanks again for your message. The responsible department has been informed of your comments and is making the necessary adjustments. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why does this coffee contain carageenan and the cappuccino doesn't? Too bad... would be better without carageenan
Hello Michi2000, thank you for your inquiry. When developing the recipes for these products, our supplier takes particular care to use only as much thickener as is necessary for a balanced taste and, of course, we comply with Swiss legislation. The decision to use carrageenan in Grande Caffè Aha Zero and not in Cappuccino was made after several tests. According to our tests, the taste profile is better with the addition of this substance.
