We bought the product on 5.7.24 and opened it on 6.7.24 (expiry date 17.7.24) to make a gorgonzola sauce. A lot of mold had already formed at the bottom of the packaging. We preferred not to eat the product, even though it was not cheap. We vacuum-sealed the cheese and threw it away. Too bad.
