Delicious goat's cheese, ideal for salads.
I usually caramelize the top and serve it in the salad and then crumble it.
Was going stale and intense in flavor with expiration date of Oct 6. Used to be much better quality, flavor and consistency. I would also gratinate in the oven but this one was not right for the oven. Too bad. :(
it was going bad. still looked bad for 12 hours and had to be thrown away... otherwise already bought 2 x and great...
I also fried it on both sides and ate it with vegetables / salad or fried potatoes.
Super fine in the oven at 100 degrees.
