Why are these vegan if the description says they are made with free-range eggs?

Hello Most of the nutritional information provided online does not match the information on the packaging. What applies? Why we are so 'dotty....': Our daughter has a rare metabolic disorder in which proteins play an important role (too much is not good) and therefore we are dependent on accurate information... Hi Smoren, the nutritional information online and on the packaging should of course always match. However, nutritional information is checked from time to time and adjusted if necessary. A packaging reprint, as is the case with aha! Gnocchi is a good opportunity to do this. Minor deviations can arise for various reasons: natural fluctuations, rounding differences, the chosen analysis or calculation method, measurement uncertainties, etc. The accuracy of nutritional information should not be overestimated! Of course, they are stated as accurately as possible, but even by law there is a certain tolerance range. The values on the new aha gnocchi packaging will be slightly adjusted (the protein content is now 2g/100g), and the new nutritional values are already displayed online.
