very good ice cream
It looks pretty, but that's about it. You have to like the crunch with the thin layers of icing. A meringue as an intermediate layer would be far more sophisticated but probably difficult to make in terms of the process and more expensive. I also missed any noteworthy fruity ingredients. Berries around 5% and a tiny bit of berry juice... I mean, 2%. Not my taste.

Since the Vacherin Glacetorte was taken out of the range (which my men are still mourning! 😆), this Glacetta has had to serve as a substitute. The men are happy, and that's the main thing. Great taste, very fair price and so sometimes there are two.
