Hello, I wanted to ask E 407 is the animal in this ice cream? best regards S.O

Hello So1618, thank you for your question. The emulsifier E471 is purely plant-based. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Sir or Madam Years ago there was the same nut-flavored ice cream. The packaging was dark green. Is this available again in the range? Thank you for your efforts and please let me know as soon as possible. Kind regards Lost_Prophet

Edited

Hello Lost_Prophet, thank you for your inquiry. We have not actually been offering this product for some time. This is due to a comprehensive product range revision. A return is currently not planned. However, in order to provide the nut lovers among us with an alternative, you will now find this variant in a cup in our selection. Perhaps you'll be just as impressed by our recommendation? We hope you enjoy trying it out! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Does the seal ice cream contain pork? E471 can be from both vegetarian and animal sources? What do you use?

Additives in food https://help.migros.ch/de/fachstelle-ernaehrung/merkblaetter.html

Hello soso11, the emulsifier E471 is produced on the basis of fatty acids, which can theoretically be of animal origin, but are normally of vegetable origin. The MIGROS industry (Delica/Midor), which produces our ice cream products (ice cream), only uses emulsifiers of vegetable origin. Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Hello M-Infoline, is the e471 obtained from soy?

Hello tasteless, the emulsifier E 471 is not obtained from soy. If this were the case, it would have to be stated in the list of ingredients (e.g. "Emulsifier E471 (from soy)"). Palm oil, rapeseed oil and sunflower oil are used as raw materials. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is it possible to include pistachio? Green would look good, complement the range and there's sure to be an animal too. Perhaps a crocodile. I would also be happy to test a special edition!

Hello Maripolu, thank you very much for your interesting input. We will be happy to take this on board and inform the Glace specialist department. New family members join our seal family from time to time. This year, for example, we have a squirrel. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Thanks for the info. It would be really great if pistachio was available. The nut (squirrel) variant is almost standard, as far as I can see, and I've definitely known it for several years.

Hello, can a pregnant woman eat your ice cream? Seal cream ice cream and Fun Vanilla Cornet Thank you

Why shouldn't a pregnant woman eat this ice cream? 🤔

The ingredients include whole milk and cream, but not that they are pasteurized, hence my question.

Hello Patricia3388, neither fresh eggs nor raw milk/cream are used for the industrial production of ice cream. This would be far too delicate from a microbiological point of view. For hygienic reasons, liquid egg (a pasteurized egg mass) and pasteurized milk/cream are used in the industrial production of foodstuffs. The ice cream sold by Migros can therefore also be safely consumed by pregnant women. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Is Migros planning to launch a mixed pack in the future? I think the 24-packs are great, but it should be possible to bring out a mixed pack with vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and mocha. I know a few customers who would welcome this

Ou yes, a mixed package would be great too...

Hello everyone, thank you for your input on a mix pack. This is not currently planned, but we have taken your idea on board as a suggestion. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello M-Team Re: Seal ouufff...ouffff...oufff... Ice cream Best before date: 30.11.21 LOT: 317 05:51 Thank you for your work...

Hello remote01, thank you for your feedback. We have forwarded this case to our quality assurance department, which has investigated it thoroughly. Producing ice cream with two wooden sticks is an absolute exception. It is possible that production had to stop the machine and two sticks were pressed into the ice cream as a result. The responsible specialist department will observe this at the plant and take further measures if necessary. The ice water tip is caused by water running into the molds. This water is always extracted from the molds and blown out before filling. We are sorry that this was not done correctly in your case. The employees will be trained again in this regard. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, as I often buy this 12-pack of seal ice cream and I am a fan of this product, I would like to make a request to the quality control department. Does this concern Midor AG? Once each ice cream was provided with two wooden sticks. Since this was my first case of an anomaly with this product, it's not really worth mentioning. Now with two further purchases there was another error in production. All the ice creams in the pack had ice in the tip of the ice cream cone (simply frozen water, approx. 1.5 cm) instead of cream ice cream.
I think that water has collected in the freezer mould during cleaning. It would be nice if a little more attention was paid to the production of these seal sticks. Of course I could exchange them, but who's to say that the next pack of 12 won't contain the same production error .... Thank you very much.

Hello remote01, thank you for your message. We are sorry that there were grounds for complaint about our Seehund Glace. We would be very happy to check your comment in more detail. Would you still have the LOT number and the best-before date of the packaging? Thank you very much for your help. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
