Sorry for the snails, but there's no other way in this weather....
Bird food, nothing else. The seeds were pecked away by the birds within a day. I hope they don't mind.
They are eaten by the birds instead of the snails, there must be something in them that attracts the birds. They peck them all away within a very short time. That's certainly not the point and in large quantities it's probably not healthy for the birds either. There are still as many snails as before, I haven't found a single dead one yet, but all the more big ones. This never happened with the Ferramol. They are also not weatherproof, a bit of rain and they are already squashed.
It only worked for me on a massive scale. There are fewer night snails after two weeks, but always lots of them.

Contains iron III phosphate, which is really harmless to mammals such as cats and hedgehogs, in contrast to Migros' own brand Mioplant, which also gives the impression that the snail pellets pose no danger to hedgehogs because of the bitter substances, which is not true when hedgehogs ingest snails! Unfortunately, this fact is not clearly stated in the product descriptions. So 1 star for the Migros online store but 5 for Gesal.
