Is this product lactose-free?
Hello Heifn, the cheese used in Gerber Fondue is lactose-free due to the maturing process. Food legislation defines the term "lactose-free" as follows: Residual lactose content = less than 0.1g per 100g. The lactose content of Gerber fondue is even less than 0.01g per 100g.
