I had always eaten spaghetti with ready-made carbonara sauce. Until one day I found out. That practically all sauces are not carbonara at all. Even though our neighboring country is Italy. I was told that a real carbonara sauce needs cream. In general, the ingredients are very different. So my question is, is there a real Italian-style carbonara sauce in the Migros range? At first I thought it had to be the Sélection Edition. But with 39% cream, I don't think so ;-)

We do not have any other version of Sélection Carbonara sauce in our range. There are also recipes in Italy with a certain amount of cream, but only a very small amount. However, most Swiss people only know carbonara sauce with cream.
We completely agree with you, but unfortunately we cannot offer carbonara sauce without cream, as this is not desired by the majority of our customers.
