dear Migros. I regularly buy Garofolo pasta. Does the durum wheat semolina for this brand come from Italy?
Hello verano, thank you for your question. The Garofalo brand uses the best premium durum wheat from abroad and Italy. The origin of the durum wheat is indicated on the packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The contents are stated as 500 grams on the packaging. On the scales at home it's only 400 g. Something's wrong! I actually expected the advertised quantity for the price!
Hello migrostom, that's really strange. Please let us know the production number (letters and numbers). This is normally next to the best-before date. With this information we can check the production and take action if necessary. Thank you and best regards, your M-Infoline team
The product no.: 8000139911187 The number under the expiry date: XXX21 224JAN04:55 (XXXX stands for not legible, as the imprint is illegible!)
Hello migrostom, thank you very much for your feedback. Do you still have the closed pack? If so, please send it to the following address or hand it in to customer service free of charge: Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund M-Infoline / Reference 20190504-0404 Limmatstrasse 152 8031 Zurich It is important that your reference number 20190504-0404 and our address are marked on the parcel for both delivery options (post or customer service). This will enable us to quickly match your sample to your request. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello M-Infoline I will return the pack to the Avry Center M customer service with all your details below. The pack is no longer complete as it is overcooked and well eaten! Many thanks, best regards migrostom
Thank you for delivering your pasta migrostom. The packaging was already open and half full. An analysis is therefore no longer possible. To be on the safe side, the packs contain slightly more content than indicated. We cannot say why this was not the case with your pack. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Migros
AHA pasta does not stand up to comparison with Garofalo or Barilla. In Italy there are whole shelves of gluten-free products in supermarkets. Besides the health aspect, is it also a trend? Is Migros missing out on a trend? Cooper is more on trend with Schär products (also Italian product line) and also with Barilla, compared to Migros with the unpalatable AHA pasta.

I feel the same way - the gluten-free pasta from Barilla (available at Coop) is much better

Thank you for your contribution.
We are currently looking into expanding our product range, but we can't say anything concrete about the implementation at the moment. At the moment, this type of pasta is still more of a niche product.
Thank you for your understanding and have a nice day.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Dear Migros!
Why don't you have the gluten-free products from Garofalo?
They are absolutely great!
Kind regards Myriam Boutellier
Dear guest
Thank you for your interest.
We have already examined whether we should introduce the gluten-free Garofalo products. However, we believe the potential is too low to justify a place in the range. For our gluten-allergic customers, we have included the aha! pasta for our gluten-allergic customers.
We hope you enjoy it just as much and wish you an enjoyable week. your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros Infoline
Please inform consumers that Garofalo gluten-free pasta is available at LeShop. What I don't understand, however, is that you refer to the one brand of 'aha' products... because Garofalo gluten-free pasta is simply superb in taste, consistency, etc. and cannot be compared with 'aha' pasta.
Hello guest
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
We are sorry that you do not like our Aha pasta. As already mentioned, we are not planning to include Garofalo gluten-free pasta in our range. LeShop does not only offer Migros products.
We hope you find something to your taste in our range and wish you a nice sunny day.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

Why not try your suggestion at Coop - I can imagine that Coop would be more open to your idea, as Coop focuses on branded products (and on a wider range than Migros, which can also be seen with gluten-free products)
