Super product, actually. However, we bought the hose box in March 2021 and today (25.07.2023) it fell off the wall while unrolling the hose. The plastic housing did not hold. Where the two large knobs hang in the wall bracket, the plastic is scuffed and broken from normal use. Too bad. and unfortunately the warranty expired after 24 months.
